@@Momo-nk6ld well to start off, Jesus said He came to earth to be a lowly human because He wanted to set an example for us: that if anyone wants to be a leader among us, he/she must be a servant.
In Luke 22, Jesus said “Jesus told them, “In this world the kings and great men Lord it over their people, yet they are called ‘friends of the people.’ But among you it will be different. Those who are the greatest among you should take the lowest rank, and the leader should be like a servant. Who is more important, the one who sits at the table or the one who serves? The one who sits at the table, of course. But not here! For I am among you as one who serves.” (22:25-27)
Second of all, when Christ first came, He came as a sacrifice for us. We have a sinful nature that makes us rebels against God. He came to bear our pain for us because He came as the lamb that was sacrificed to save us. The Bible predicts He will come back as the great and powerful God, however, to establish His kingdom and defeat all evil.
The point is, God had to come to earth to sacrificed for us and bear our pain for us so we will have an advocate for when we stand before God on the Day of Judgement. Jesus came to earth to be sacrificed as a lamb and live a lowly life of servitude, but He is coming back soon as a lion to rule over the earth. He came the first time to cleanse us of sin.

In the above two verses, Jesus called himself a prophet. There are also many verses indicating that during his lifetime on earth the people in Judea and Galilee regarded him as a prophet.

The God of the Bible explicitly endorses polygamy and sexual slavery and coerced marriage of young virgins along with monogamy. In fact, he endorses all three to the point of providing detailed regulations. Based on stories of sex and marriage that God rewards and appears to approve one might add incest to the mix of sexual contact that receives divine sanction.
New Testament Endorses Old Testament
Nowhere does the Bible say, “Don’t have sex with someone who doesn’t want to have sex with you.” Consent, in the Bible, is not a thing. Furthermore, none of the norms that are endorsed and regulated in the Old Testament law - polygamy, sexual slavery, coerced marriage of young girls-are revised, reversed, or condemned by Jesus. In fact, the writer of Matthew puts these words in the mouth of Jesus:
Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. I tell you the truth, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke or a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law [the Old Testament] until everything is accomplished. (Matthew 5:17-18)
The Law of which Jesus speaks is the Law of Moses, or the Torah, and anyone who claims the Bible as the perfect word of an omniscient, omnipotent, omnibenevolent God should have the decency to read the Torah carefully-and then keep going.,,,,,
Polygamy. Polygamy is a norm in the Old Testament and accepted in the New Testament. Biblicalpolygamy has pages dedicated to 40 biblical figures, each of whom had multiple wives. The list includes patriarchs like Abraham and Isaac. King David, the first king of Israel may have limited himself to eight wives, but his son Solomon, reputed to be the wisest man who ever lived had 700 wives and 300 concubines! (1 Kings 11)
Sex Slaves. Concubines are sex slaves, and the Bible gives instructions on acquisition of several types of sex slaves, although the line between biblical marriage and sexual slavery is blurry. A Hebrew man might, for example, sell his daughter to another Hebrew, who then has certain obligations to her once she is used. For example, he can’t then sell her to a foreigner. Alternately a man might see a virgin war captive that he wants for himself.
War Booty. In the book of Numbers (31:18) God’s servant commands the Israelites to kill all of the used Midianite women who have been captured in war, and all of the boy children, but to keep all of the virgin girls for themselves. The Law of Moses spells out a purification ritual to prepare a captive virgin for life as a concubine. The second point. Jesus did not say we shouldn't eat pork. In fact, when the apostle Peter did not want to eat pork, He said "What God made clean, thou shall not call common." In other words, God made pork clean.

Since the Trinitarian doctrine teaches that Christians should “neither confound the Persons nor divide the Substance” (Athanasian Creed), how can the Trinitarians accept that Jesus is the “Eternal Father”? Let us consider additional facts impartially.
First, all the Hebrew verb forms in Isaiah 9:6 are in the past tense. For example, the word which the Christian Bibles render as “his name will be called” is the two words ‘vayikra shemo,’ which properly translated, should read “his name was called.” The word “vayikra” is the first word to appear in the book of Leviticus (1:1), and it is translated properly over there - in the past tense. In addition, the King James Version translates the same verbs elsewhere in the past tense in Genesis 4:26 and Isaiah 5:25. Only in Isaiah 9:6-7 are these verbs translated in the future tense!
Notice that it says “a child HAS been born to us.” This is an event that has just occurred, not a future event. Isaiah is not making a prophecy, but recounting history. A future event would say a child will be born to us, but this is NOT what the verse says. The Christian translations capitalize the word ‘son’ assuming that this is a messianic prophecy and the names of a divine son.
Second, the two letter word “is”, is usually not stated in Hebrew. Rather, “is” is understood. For example, the words “hakelev” (the dog) and “gadol” (big), when joined into a sentence - hakelev gadol - means “the dog IS big,” even though no Hebrew word in that sentence represents the word “is.” A more accurate translation of the name of that child, then, would be “A wonderful counselor is the mighty God, the everlasting father ...”. This name describes God, not the person who carries the name. The name Isaiah itself means “God is salvation,” but no one believes the prophet himself is God in a human body!
Third, the phrase “Mighty God” is a poor translation according to some biblical scholars. Although English makes a clear distinction between “God” and “god,” the Hebrew language, which has only capital letters, cannot. The Hebrew word “God” had a much wider range of application than it does in English. Some suggest a better translation for the English reader would be “mighty hero,” or “divine hero.” Both Martin Luther and James Moffatt translated the phrase as “divine hero” in their Bibles.
Fourth, according to the New Testament, Jesus was never called any of these names in his lifetime.
Fifth, if Isaiah 9:6 is taken to refer to Jesus, then Jesus is the Father! And this is against the Trinitarian doctrine.
Sixth, the fact that the New Testament does not quote this passage shows that even the New Testament authors didn’t take this verse to be in reference to Jesus.
Seventh, the passage is talking about the wonders performed by the Lord for Hezekiah, king of Judah. Preceding verses in Isaiah 9 talk of a great military triumph by Israel over its enemies. At the time Isaiah is said to have written this passage, God had just delivered King Hezekiah and Jerusalem from a siege laid by the Assyrians under General Sennacherib. The deliverance is said to have been accomplished in spectacular fashion: an angel went into the Assyrian camp and killed 185,000 soldiers while they slept. When Sennacherib awoke to find his army decimated, he and the remaining soldiers fled, where he was assassinated by his own sons (Isaiah 37:36-38). Chapters 36 and 37 of Isaiah recount how Hezekiah stood firm in the face of Sennacherib’s vast army and his blasphemous words against the God. When all seemed lost, Hezekiah continued to trust in the Lord, and for this he was rewarded with a miraculous victory. It is interesting to note that the statement, “the zeal of the Lord of hosts will accomplish this,” found at the end of Isaiah 9:7, is found in only two other places in the Bible: Isaiah 37:32 and 2 Kings 19:31. Both these passages discuss the miraculous deliverance of Hezekiah by God. Therefore, in light of the above, Isaiah is recounting God’s defense of Jerusalem during the Assyrian siege. Furthermore, Soncino’s commentary says the chapter is about the fall of Assyria and the announcement of the birth of Hezekiah, the son of Ahaz.

So are the disciples also God? Because they are one with Jesus and God just as Jesus and God are one? Obviously not. So John 10.30 is not a literal one, but a metaphorical one. When cherry picking goes wrong. Thats why you should read the bible, and not believe whatever church or people have taught you.
Whoever has seen me has seen the father. John 14.9. You take it literally and use this as evidence Jesus is God. So that would literally mean Jesus is the Father! In the Christian Creed, is Jesus ever the father? NO. They are 2 separate entities. Jesus is not the father, and the father is not Jesus. So again, you cherry pick a metaphorical statement and claim its literal, but if you think it through you would realise the blunder. If it wasn't cherry picked and it was understood with context, and other verses in the Bible were read, you would see many verses along these lines, that are not literal but metaphorical. Besides, the Bible says no man can see God and live.
Every prophet that came was the only way to God during their respective prophet hood. When Abraham had his time, the way to God was only through his teaching, when Moses was here, it was through him, likewise Jesus, likewise Muhammad. He is the last prophet bringing the final revelation from God, and our only way to God is now through his teachings.
Before Abraham was, I am. First of all, its a mistranslation. But before we get to that, how is this saying he is God? Being before Abraham makes him God? If you had read and understood the context, you would have realised it was talking about God's foreknowledge. It is saying that the mission of Jesus was predestined before Abraham was on earth. Likewise Muhammad says that he was a prophet when Adam was between water and clay. We don't take that as evidence Muhammad was God! He was a man and prophet of God.
The statement 'I am' is in many places in the Bible, the exact words as the above, but its translated as 'I am he', Paul says it, blind man says it, but only in John 8:48 its translated as "I am" copying the translation of the "I am" that was used from OT about the Almighty God.
Instead of depending on mistranslation, ambiguous statements, interpolation and fraud, look at the clear cut unambiguous statements from Jesus, like John 17.3, where Jesus says the ONLY TRUE GOD IS THE FATHER, or John 20:17 where he tells us we have the same father as him, the same God as him.
Please reflect and study the bible properly. Better yet, read a red letter bible, where the statements of Jesus are in red. See what Jesus says, and not what others have said, and if you are sincere, it will rock your world. Sincerely as the God of Jesus to guide you 🙏

Then you say look at the prophesies in the OT. When we look at these prophesies we find again, verses have been changed and mistranslated to inject your falsehood. And even then, it falls apart under the smallest scrutiny.
E.g. Isaiah 53.5, which is about the babylonian exile of joos, trinitarians have changed it to make out its Jesus, FACTS, ask the Jews about this verse from their book.
Isaiah 9.6. The Hebrew verbs are in past tense, but again, satanic trinitarians have changed it to future tense. Then it says he will be called eternal father. Jesus is never called the father, and it is totally against their Creed that Jesus was the father. They are supposed to be separate beings, who form 1. Jesus is never referred to as the father, yet Paul followers are happy to accept this verse as a prophesy about Jesus.
Then you got Isaiah 7.14, again mischievous trinitarians have mistraslated the verse to imply the virgin birth of christ. The Hebrew says "amah," meaning a young woman, but the Greek has been changed to translate as a virgin. Smh

The trinity makes no sense. How can God be 3 and 1 at the same time. If they are just 3 forms of god , then they are the same. But in Christianity, the 3 gods are different. Plus, if Jesus is god and the Father is god and they are different, why would Jesus pray to the father when he himself is god. If Jesus is god and the father is god, and they are the same one god, why would god pray to himself? Why would god need blood sacrifice to forgive our sins if he is so merciful? If everyone will be just forgiven and go to heaven after the sacrifice, what is the purpose of this test?

In a bid to gauge what progress has been made in reducing violence against women, and the effectiveness of domestic violence legislation in India, the researchers drew on information gathered for the most recent National Family Health Survey (NFHS), wave 4, carried out in 2015-16. The NFHS has included a module on domestic violence since wave 3 (2005-6), and the researchers included only (ever) married women of reproductive age (15 to 49 year olds), who had answered all the questions in this module, giving a total of 66, 013 respondents. The women were asked if their husbands had ever subjected them to physical, sexual, or emotional abuse, and to whom they reported it, with a view to getting help.Background information on a range of potentially influential factors, including educational attainment, employment, household income, and alcohol use, was also obtained. Most of the respondents (19.5%) were aged between 25 and 29; most (94.5%) were married; and three out of four were Hindus. One in four (25%) was in work and around one in seven (just over 13%) regularly drank alcohol, while nearly a third (just over 30%) said their husbands/partners drank. The responses show that nearly one in three women in India is likely to have been subjected to physical, emotional, or sexual abuse at the hands of their husbands. Physical violence was the most common form of abuse, with nearly 27.5% of women reporting this. Sexual abuse and emotional abuse were reported by nearly 13% and nearly 7%, respectively. Around 3.5% of respondents said they had been subjected to all three types of abuse, and nearly 7% had been injured as a result of their spouse’s abusive behaviour. The types of spousal violence varied by region of the country. But older women; those who were widowed, separated, or divorced; those with little education; and poor women were all more likely to have been subjected to some or all forms of intimate partner violence. But so too were women who had a job, possibly reflecting a backlash against women’s changing societal roles, suggest the researchers. Women whose partners were unemployed, or poorly educated, or who drank were also more likely to have been subjected to intimate partner violence. And those who grew up in a household where they had witnessed their father hitting their mother were twice as likely to be victims of spousal violence as those who hadn’t. Only around one five (22.4%) had told someone about the abuse, but only 13.5% had sought help, with women who had endured sexual violence the most likely to do so (23%). But less than 1% reported the offence to the police (0.5%) or asked a health professional for help (0.1%). Women living on their own; those who were well educated; those in work; those living in the North of the country; and those who had witnessed their father acting violently towards their mother as a child were all more likely to seek help. This is an observational study, and as such, can’t infer a causal effect from the findings, but it is the largest and most recent study to report on all three types of spousal violence, say the researchers. First off read Surah 5.68 in the Quran.

At this time the bible was called the codex of vaticanus. It is in the Vatican now. It has been carbon dated as well as the quran. The codex was dated 200 to 300 AD and the quran was dated from 600 to 700AD. This original version of the codex that was published around 300AD. So recap. Muhammad said the Torah and new covenant were what to follow because this is what he was read to by his closest friend Abu-Bakr and 7 of his closest followers at that time. Then the Jewish leaders
Rafi b. Haritha, Sallam b. Mishkam and Malik b. al-Sayf and Rafi b. Huraymila came to him [Muhammad] and said: "Do you not allege that you follow the religion of Abraham and believe in the Torah and new covenant which we have and testify that it is the truth from God?" Muhammad and his followers followed the codex or bible that's in the Vatican now to the letter for 25 years, they never disputed the bible at all until his death. The quran was put together around 609AD. From his closest followers and teachers.. After his death in 635ad everyone followed it and the bible as the gospel for about 25 years. Then one person caliph ‘Uthman collected all the qurans. Muhammads teachers came to Uthman and said can we help put together the new Quran with you? he refused took all there notes and documents and sent them away. Then after 6 years he came out and burned all copy's or did he? or was it the original he destroyed and he changed the quran to manage and control his subjects. He was a king so he can do what he wants. .Caliph ‘Uthman destroyed all quran copy's, Manuscripts, notes related to Muhammad words. Why would someone do that unless he did not want anyone to know the truth!!! We only have the words of a Caliph ruler that was assassinated by his own people.
Uthman noticed the quran contradicted itself if the Torah and new testament existed, so he needed to get rid of the Torah somehow so now the bible was changed per Uthman and his followers. ?? But the original codex is still in the Vatican. Yes the bible and quran were changed many years AFTER Muhammad death but not before and changes are there for all to see.
Othman then started the new religion he created NOT from Muhammad’s own words but his own.
So who is more honorable Muhammad or ‘Uthman. If Muhammad had the codex read to him by his friends and followers and said to them,, follow the new covenant and torah. They did till ‘Uthman said it was changed 25 years after everyone was following the bible. This either makes Muhammad a liar and if he is lying then the Quran is false and can't be trusted. If ‘Uthman is lying then the quran can't be trusted as well.
There is not ONE SHREAD OF PROOF that the bible was changed before Muhammad death but hundreds of documents and eyewitness saying it wasn’t. The codex vaticanus is Still on the original parchment that Muhammad followers read to him, there were no other copies at this time, this is a way the Muslims try and discredit the Bible but it's clearly not true. They are using half truths. The evidence does not lie this is why the next statement is true.
Yes the bible and quran were changed over 33 times after Muhammad death but only simple word like her instead of she and a coma instead of a period, or sin instead of sinned, there are 26 of these changed over time, just like the quran was changed in the same way.. They try and use these small changes as the whole story is now totally wrong. Jesus being crucified and rose from the dead would not have changed because of a period, coma or adding an s. But this has no barring on it because it's after Muhammad death and it's easy to see what was changed by looking at the codex. The story is still the same.
More proof of the validity of the bible is in between 1947 and 1956 in eleven caves near Khirbet Qumran, on the northwestern shores of the Dead Sea. There they uncovered and found copies of 31 of the books the codax hidden away for centuries. They were put in the cave around 134AD to protect them from the Romans. They were exactly the same words as the codex vaticanus. Not one word changed. This proves the original codex was the same as what Muhammad was read.
So let's look at the proof of my words.

Jabir reported that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) saw a woman, and so he came to his wife, Zainab, as she was tanning a leather and had sexual intercourse with her. He then went to his Companions and told them:
The woman advances and retires in the shape of a devil, so when one of you sees a woman, he should come to his wife, for that will repel what he feels in his heart.

In the above two verses, it seems that Jesus called himself a prophet. There are also many verses indicating that during his lifetime on earth the people in Judea and Galilee regarded him as a prophet.
Regarding the verses in which Jesus says that he is the messiah or equal to God (mainly in the Gospel of John) most scholars believe that Jesus never said that. It was what people started saying about him after his death and put on his lips in the Gospels written at least 4 decades later..,.,.

Person 1 has all power over Person 2. Person 2 has all power over Person 3. Does Person 3 have all power over Person 1?
Therefore, you are now stuck in a contradiction.
Now if you argue that they can share their power, then this means that they would have to compromise by sharing their power. This means that neither entity is ‘All powerful’.
Next if you argue that Person 1 has power over Person 2 and 3. In this case, Person 2 and 3 will not be gods. And now if you would call Person 2 & 3 gods, this would be incorrect.
I have stated the above statements based on the definition of the Trinity being explained as one essence embodied in three distinct persons/personas (I have mentioned this in case you may think I am straw manning the concept of the Trinity).

In the above two verses, it seems that Jesus called himself a prophet. There are also many verses indicating that during his lifetime on earth the people in Judea and Galilee regarded him as a prophet.
Regarding the verses in which Jesus says that he is the messiah or equal to God (mainly in the Gospel of John) most scholars believe that Jesus never said that. It was what people started saying about him after his death and put on his lips in the Gospels written at least 4 decades later.?

God is the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit. Yet the Father is not the Son or the Holy Spirit, or so on.
The trinity is a contrivance and was invented years after the death of jesus.

There is no explicit mention of a trinity anywhere in the OT. As far as I know jews to this day do not worship a trinity. Worse still, there is no clear-cut reference to a trinity in the NT. It is also very clear that jesus never contradicted that jewish law. It seems to have had an early mention by Tertullian. It became doctrine in about the 4th century AD. Like many of the abstractions of the "christian" religion, they were made in an attempt to manipulate the glaring inconsistencies of the OT.
@@rf7477 as for the Jews not worshipping the Trinity, they don't, though I've read some Jews knew about multiple powers all called YHWH. So there was at least a recognition, though to be fair they don't interpret it the same way a Trinitarian does. As for no explicit reference to the Trinity, not everything in Scripture was explicit. How the atonement works, the end times, etc. Though it's more clear in the NT, with verses like Matthew 28:19, 1 John 5:7, etc. While it was only clarified later in the Council of Nicaea, there was recognition in some of the earliest church Fathers like Polycarp in Martyrdom of Polycarp 14:3, and Polycarp is thought to be a disciple of John.
@@dutchcalvinist5564 I am not sure what your point is. At least one of the many claims made by "christians" is that the bible is gods holy and infallible word and must be taken literally. If that is too difficult, then 'interpretation, or context, or poetry or history' seems like double-dealing. If you claim that some of the bible is not explicit, you leave yourself open to the imputation of deduction.
If the trinity has to be extracted by deduction from vague and contradictory 'holy' script, then you will forever have your consistency questioned. The bible already looks deliberately inexplicit and murky.
I will give you one small example. Matthew 21.1 has jesus sitting on 2 donkeys. He says it three times. The other writers only mention one donkey. Matthew clearly fudged Zechariah 9.9. He does that a lot.
