Sorry for the late reply. Hopefully you already figured it out. You have to jump forward IMMEDIATELY after the knockdown while calling Doom missiles. Try your best to delay the knockdown air S as much as possible. The closer you are to the ground with the knockdown, the easier to do the rest. All about practice. 👊
If I understand your question correctly you can just choose the training room stage from the list of different stages. A lot of people choose Random or Bonne Wonderland.

hey, so i tried this out but couldn't get the first part of the doom missiles to hit even though i jumped forward with spiderman. how does that work?

How do you get training room theme in training mode?
