First anime I ever saw was legend of the overfiend. Insane introduction into the medium. Watched ninja scroll after that and I was hooked. That was in the 90's and I'm still watching anime to this day.

Hey man you should try a cyberpunk theme. I feel like you would be good at that with your style of art. And a game is coming out soon is this genre, so it will be more popular in the near future.
I use regular old Bic pens, Masters Touch markers, prisma color pencil, jelly roll white pen, and strathmore toned tan paper. I should link this stuff in the description but I’m lazy 😂. Hope this helps.

I also love that you use Toned Tan Paper. I just bought a series of different toned mixed media papers and I’ve started doing swatches of my paint on them...the toned tan has been my fave one w/ the best contrast so far. I really love the style of your art & techniques by the way! & I feel you on that 😄 it definitely does help, thank you!
On Kill La Kill you should have made her outfit alive.. ie his eyes... What got me into anime was Vampire Hunter D, Dragon Ball not Z snd Robotech.. in the 80's
