Per noi Italiani mettere la panna nel pomodoro è inconcepibile e al posto della mozzarella per pizza mettiamo la caciotta è molto più buona . La panna è un grasso inutile , lo fanno solo gli stranieri nel sugo di pomodoro è meglio mettere del basilico e una puntina di peperoncino oppure anche qualche cappero o olive a pezzetti
