I dont know if you have covered this in the past, but any videos on where to do your podcast would be quite helpful. I have very limited space at home, renting office space is too expensive, and what's holding me back from going into this is not knowing where to do my podcast!
I’m a former BBC radio host and producer for 10 years. Podcasting is a short form more casual form of radio. All the top podcast shows are produced by ex radio producers. Audio is more powerful than you think, it’s intimate, it’s effective and people can listen whilst other things in their lives! You cannot drive and watch a You Tube video ( video podcast) same thing! I personally cannot stand all the terrible jump cuts in videos I see all the time! You would never have these in a professional sector of broadcasting, they’ve become the norm - because most people are not trained as journalists. And they talk too much and too quickly and not understand that it’s the guest that is to give the knowledge. Keep your audio podcast. Record your video version as well so you can have both mediums. Audio will eventually take over video when more voice activated household technology becomes the norm. Most importantly, enjoy what you’re doing!
I try to upload postcast to Spotify but I did something wrong couse I don't know to much. And I can't delete the podcast. I'm leaning a lot of you, thank you.
@@ontovictory-alacumba If you’re ugly AND have great, valuable content you’ll probably stand out and get noticed more. It can make you distinct. That can work to your advantage if you play it right. Totally not joking. 👍👍

@@casante111 great take on this. Thank you for sharing
I’m learning how to edit podcast audio. I’m feeling discouraged that I have to learn video as well.
One step at a time. As I said in the video, podcasts are a medium of audio and will not change. Keep building your skill set.
It seems now that the need for audio and video editors will grow even more... Do you think this is the case?
I do. The majority of jobs are editors apply for ask for podcast editors who also know how to edit video.

How did you do it wrong? What happened?
@@podsoundschool I haven't idea exactly how that works 😔
Where can we find a video editor?
Hi Lisa, we can definitely set you up with one of
I can’t watch videos when i drive….audio all the way.
Me neither!
Or both. One can always produce a video podcast, and then publish an audio-only version.
