This is mainly because of how bad constructs really are [they constantly break for stupid reasons, get in the way AND The range to hit enemies is pitiful] so having chiori helps significantly to combat these issues. Imma cave and get c0 soon then c1r1 on rerun [unless I get lucky with a double pull chiori like I did on navia who's c2r1 now and yae who went from c1r1 to c3r1]

I caved in and pulled for C6 Chiori! No regrets at all! 3 secs of Elemental Skill CD, Easily dealing 30K NA without any buffs! She is definitely my new Fav character and C6 cons!! If only Geo can do more reactions, her damage potential would definitely be insane!

i believe the reason Gorou wants husk and def is more so for his c4, which heals based on his defense, other than that, he's just a battery cause his buffing are flat buffs based on talent levels, the biggest of which goes to defense users like Noelle, Itto, and Albedo, and now Chiori. you want crit rate on him for fav bow as well, so that it can proc the passive and give further energy. basically only focus on er, crit rate, and def%. personally i use 2pc husk 2pc emblem on him and it gives him better stats all around than 4 pc husk, but that might just be my luck, lol as for the Albedo slander, my C6 Bedo begs to differ, lmao
IMO it's better to just go full EM, since max EM Gorou's shields will block more damage than his C4 can actually heal, and you'll still end up with a lot Def most likely.

I got itto in a fairly new player and wanted to try him. I can get ninguang with my star glitter which would make it itto,goru,ninguang, and whoever else those would be my only geo characters. Would that be a good team?
The biggets problems with geo (as a none geo enjoyed) is that; 1 it's not F2P friendly. C0 Navia and Zhongli are the only F2P friendly geo characters. 2. They are high investment. Especially when they scale off DEF. They have their own unique domain that nobody goes to unless they need those SPECIFIC artifact sets.
(I'm someone who really enjoys Geo and has every character) I have to agree with you that you have to invest a lot but even if you invest little you still do a lot of damage, which is usually the bottom Is underestimated

I was waiting for her to come back to the game, but after seeing what they did to her, I installed stardew valley instead.. I was beyond disappointed when I heared that you need c6 to even make her a dps, even though she dual wield and shit 😭 Guess I'll wait for arlec instead :')
Problem is that you're typically better off with Zhongli and another character with a non-geo element. Interactions and counter-elements play a huge role in team-effectiveness. Double geo was more of a thing when we lacked character options, but the more choices we have, the higher the opportunity cost of using it.
Chiori ningguang would've been better in a double geo team Like with Bennet furina or Bennet xiangling or even furina xianyun lol. Plunge ningguang Chiori doesn't snapshot gorou, ningguang doesn't scale with defense. So gorou's value is greatly diminished there
