Nerf fireflies stun so that they can only chain into each other but give them a significant speed boost since they are easy to outrun for no reason. Also buff the CD cause 23 seconds for fireflies is idiotic as hell.

how would i report a bug? there is an issue where Festival shields "sharing is caring" bugs the player when it gets canceled frame one, and i don't know how to report it
