The comics do an incredible job of incorporating some of the unadapted Sentai into Power Rangers lore, even when using the lame halfhearted names Megaforce gave them. But what a travesty... why bother adapting this as an anniversary season if you're going to keep in footage that has no place in Power Rangers instead of just using the copious footage that only uses Power Rangers teams, and putting in the slightest work to add extra scenes as needed. How sad to have everyone call out for "Legendary Squadron mode" and have Orion say "I'll go Mighty Morphin'!" for no valid reason, just trying to really highlight how that power clearly fits with these... made all the worse when in Sentai theh were going to Dairanger from Goseiger, so they were already changing the scene and adding new footage to cover up Gosei Knight/Robo Knight. And then leaving in the Sentai henshin sequences when they were changed for Power Rangers - not filming original footage to actually make it a Power Rangers anniversary was bad enough, but there's no way it was beyond them to replace them with the Power Rangers morph sequences, and edit the new suits into them over the original Rangers. But they put the absolute minimum work into the season... such a stain on the history of Power Rangers...
Note something: Troy never used another color other than red. The main 5 never used the sixth and extra ranger powers, as if they were forbidden (like the debut of the silver ranger they use the powers of the lost galaxy, when they use the 5 extra ranger powers in the sentai but they only let Orion use it and the extended final battle also prevents the other 4 rangers from using the extra powers) It seems that there was a rule that prevented any ranger from using a key power.

However, as seen in the final product of Super Megaforce, they either completely neglected to give Saban Brands the footage, or the PR production team chose not to use it in favor of filming their own pick-up shots because the footage is only from Gokaiger episode 1 (as evidenced by none of the added shots from the first Gokaiger movie being in it) with only small bits of new footage shot in New Zealand. It's really baffling why that happened.

7:07 It’s so funny that Neo Saban were so lazy to edit out the Sentai morphs, yet in one sequence they replaced Vul Eagle with the Red Mighty Morphin ranger while keeping the other 4 in a sentai morph (and even having the costumes with the Mighty morphin in original footage) Why the hell did they not change the other 4 aside from being cheap and lazy.

When i was a kid i always asked where did they got those keys and how did they know every power ranger name but i discovered it seeing how they transformed into wild force power rangers
That one episode where Super Mid had to learn how to use their powers which was just them not all using them at the same time. GOATaiger don't need to learn they know also the work arounds for Doc and Jake acting completely different.
It's really funny how even when they decided to actually film pick-up shots to skip over unadapted Sentai teams & suits, or the Goseiger ones, they basically did their best to mimick the Japanese directors' filming styles as best they could most of the time. Also, THE most confusing moments of new pick-up shots in this entire series. 1. Replacing the full team change into silver 6th rangers to Lost Galaxy. It's not even a matter of skipping over the footage of Gai either. His shots were easy to skip over. 2. Skipping over the green Bioman suit only to keep Flash Green. Why skip over 1 if you're just gonna keep the other anyways? 3. Replacing the team morph into extra heroes with 1 of Orion only transforming into Wolf Warrior? Especially if you're going to skip over the fight? 4. Keeping 4 of the Sentai suits from Gokaiger episode 49 in The Wrath for literally no reason, even going so far as to having Toei shipping them the suits to shoot new pick-up shots of them next to MMPR Red. If you didn't wanna replace half the fight with new footage of adapted teams, keep Vul Eagle. If you wanted to replace the fight with adapted team suits, use ALL of MMPR. Don't bitch out & only do half of it. Also, why not replace the Jetman footage in the Wild Force tribute with In Space? THAT was really dumb.
I think what they could’ve done with the unadapted Sentai series is have their keys alongside the others so when they see the keys for the first time they notice the Sentai keys and ask “who are this guys?” with Gosei telling them they are “lost power rangers from other dimensions” (or smth like that) This would justify their inclusion and save the time and money it would take to remove them (like everyone is saying) by adding just one scene, but neither was done so who cares haha
I never put it to consideration to watch Super Megaforce, I ended Power Rangers in Jungle Fury, and after that I became a sentai lover. But why did they introduced some sentai, early released from Mighty Morphin/Zyuranger, like Flashman.
Flashman, Fiveman, and Dairanger were actually adapted in the comics. So I guess it's a nod to them, that and they were too lazy to add new footage. Cause that doesn't explain why they also used Changeman and Maskman. They've never appeared anywhere else.
