Anyone who says that they respect how Harry stuck up for Imogen and called Ben out for being awful to her; it was good of him to do that, yes, I like that he did, but the irony is that it doesn’t change and make up for him calling Charlie a F*g in season 1 even though he said it to Nick and Charlie didn’t hear him say it.
I mean later on at Tara's b'day party Charlie slams the door in his face and everyone gives Harry and his friend nasty looks despite also Charlie knowing that Harry stuck up for him and Nick earlier in the trip when Nick was in danger of being outed because of the hickey. Which I think it's basically saying: doing one good thing once is only the beginning of actual change and Charlie doesn't have to forgive Harry immediately.
