A young patient from Macedonia was diagnosed with autism three years ago, and before stem cell therapy, his parents tried a variety of treatments: taking him to speech therapists and defectologists, changing his diet, and adding supplements to improve his condition.
Understanding that the standard treatments do not improve the condition of their child as much as they would like, the parents have joined a large community of parents of children with special needs in Macedonia. Members could share their experiences of treatment, particularly with stem cells, with other parents.
At the same time, the patient's father was doing his own research and looking for the best clinic to take his son to. The possibility of non-invasive treatment at Swiss Medica was a deciding factor, as they were concerned about the invasive (bone) nature of stem cell therapy.
After the first round of stem cell therapy at Swiss Medica Clinic, the parents expect changes in their son's behavior: better sleep, more concentration, and less nervousness. A few months later, the family will return for a check-up and blood tests. These will show what has changed in their son’s body since the therapy.
