Tried this recipe an hour ago, asked my husband how is it? He said everything is perfect. Everything is cooked properly, there is gravy and spice level is fine too. 😇(P.S. I followed all steps as shown except added spice levels to my liking. This video shows a lot of salt and WAY ALOT of chilli. I added just a pinch of chilli powder and only 3 button red chillies. The 3 Button red chillies made the gravy still spicy so I removed some spice through tea strainer and some through diluting by adding more water in the gravy.)
Here is my version of the recipe I just made mix vegetable which includes carrot, potatoes, white radish and green peas First sauté onion then add all the vegetables with ginger garlic paste including tomato paste and for the spice add chicken cube, a pinch of salt, garam masala, turmeric, coriander powder, and red chili powder
