If Kevin was there he would have offered a royalty deal. And that was the perfect deal for that business because by the time a better product comes up, the investor would have recouped his money + extra bonus. So, a 2X deal.

The guy obviously didn't come looking for a deal with that equality. The only deal that would of worked for both parties would of been debt or royalty because they would never agree on value lol. Too bad Kevin isn't on here.

Considering how young he is, that valuation isn't even that absurd. And I don't mean that it's a good one, I just mean the expectations of people who are go-getters and this young can be mind-blowing. I'm a recruiter and you'll see someone fresh out of school with no special degree thinking they should be getting 100k lol

4x revenue is never a high valuation lol. When someone comes with $250k sales and goes home with $1M valuation, the sharks are completely okay with it, Ofc profitability and cash flow are more important but this is no way whack.
