Great question - in general in EFT it''s considered that there is no difference and you can just do what is most comfortable for you. The people who have studied it & created it say there is no difference in terms of results. However, there are some people that believe that both sides at the same time is the best way. Thsi is becasue the left is considered to be the feminine side of the body (energetically speaking) and the right the masculine. I say try out both and see what feels best to you :)
