I thought I had the same issue but then I noticed the backup battery's 4-pin connector was not connected to the base, once I did that, everything powered up.
Open the panel up. Check to make sure the [cables connected to the blue] internal battery has been plugged in. Then close up the panel and reconnect to power.

2 brand new iqs. Wont power up. Did the jump start trip on the plug and the battery 10x each. No lights at all smh
