I swear my orthodontist assistant/ nurse or whatever her title was at the time told me that i gotta wear my retainer for 2 years straight which i did. But after removing my braces from my teeth as a high schooler back when i was younger. Later after two years I stop wearing my braces and soon it didn’t fit anymore but didn’t see it move out of place so i later threw it away after 6 months to my 3rd year. Wish I was told the correct information which is to wear them all the time if not eating for life instead because my teeth aren’t straight anymore. It’s too expensive to do it all over again now in my adulthood years but later when i can afford to do so 😭😫😭

Is this a public or private international school in Malaysia? The English standard is insanely good.
I was recently in KL and was so so impressed. The cbd is ultra modern and clean, the trains are excellent, my hotel was 5 star but very reasonable, the food was amazing, it felt super safe, the people I interacted with were all super nice and helpful (maybe I was just lucky i don't know) and the prices of most things was much cheaper than where I live. I had to see a doctor, went to a super modem hospital saw a doctor who spoke English like this lady and my consultation with my medications came to 55 USD!
Im seriously considering moving there when I retire now
I know this sounds so positive its fake but I swear this was my experience as a Scottish person who lives in HK currently.
What are the negatives? There must be some ! 😂
