Wow, I'm glad I clicked on this particular video. I always knew that Noe was legally blind like I am (if not fully blind). I was not aware that he was from here in New York City where I live or that he was of Italian and polish descent; I thought he was Asian-American. Hearing Tony kick it on the misc. percussion is one of those perfect demonstrations of what separates the children from the adults. He reminds me of Future Man playing banjo heads and tin foil on Bela Fleck's solo record *Tales from the Acoustic Planet.* Over the 30 years that I've been trying to play music with other artists, way too many of them have been finicky about what constitutes a real drum set and would not think of adapting the way Tony did here.
This is definitely one of the best, most funky jams ever at Norm’s.
