Hi there! I wanted to make a pillowcase with punchneedling, but I don’t have as big of an embroidery hoop. With embroidery you can repositioning your larger fabric in the hoop when you’ve done a section. Can you also do that with punch needling without pulling the loops apart? In other words, can I use a smaller hoop for a bigger project? Or is that a bad idea. Thnx! By the way, I love how that pillow turned out!

@@MYRAANDJEAN Can I ask, do you think it is definitely needed to use that adhesive fixing? Will it just come apart without?

@@hellorangus you don't have to use it 😉as long it's punched correctly it'll stay in just fine

@@MYRAANDJEAN As long as it’s punched correctly?.. I better use some adhesive then! 😂🙈 Thank you!

@@hellorangus hahaha no need! You'll see if it's holding together nicely. If it's too loose you can add 😉

I just discovered you and Thank you! I'll be sure to keep watching for awesome tips. I do have one question about the interfacing and ironing. I tried this once and it seemed to melt my yarn's loops I worked so hard on. How do I avoid this? Yours looked so perfect and cute!

Hiiiii and thank you! I'm sorry your loops were melted. Did you use a kitchen towel to protect them?

Great video! Just to be clear, you are sewing onto your actual punch needle work, 2 rows in?

Glad you liked it! Depends on interfacing 😊the fabric one should be fine, but I would check on the packaging 😉

What about a zipper foot it gets close to the loops

I think the surface would be very uneven with a zipper for plus the punched part, but you can always try 😊
