After the '95 acquittal his life was totally different. His celebrity buddies dumped him. Forget him getting a movie or acting role. ESPN wouldn't touch him with a ten foot pole.
Simpson also managed to get himself in more trouble by getting convicted of a r m e d r o b b e r y in Vegas and years of prison time. Doesn't sound like the last twenty years or so of his life were real good. No tears here.
