It's great to see that even while building your business to cashflow positive over $100k a month, you were still giving back to the community and supporting others. I definitely believe the universe/ God did well in allocating drive and skills to a person such as yourself who would do well with it. I plan to do the same as I build my real estate business. I was "houseless" for a couple years. No one taught me about money. Racks of debt, tried my best to get out the corner. Now I'm trying to get ahead. Love this right here.
By houseless... couldn't afford rent so I lived in my car till the transmission was spent, took out a loan and bought a bus living there almost two years. that got totaled when someone hit it. Then I stayed in my car for idk 6 more months. I enjoyed it, made them all my home. Hid it for a while, then bragged about it, romanticized it, made the best of it.
Thach is still the same as he was then! He is really an amazing down to earth person who really cares about people.
