a mi no me marca ningun error, y están los cartuchos alineados y limpios ( lo digo xq en informacion y diagnostico me sale bien los colores), pero al imprimir una que otra fila me imprime medio texto no es en toda la hoja y cuando saco copia con la tapa levantada para que salga toda la hoja en negro, al final del lado derecho ya no me bota tinta. solo me pasa eso con la tinta negra xq imprimo el mismo texto en color azul grisaceo y me sale perfecro. se solucionara si cambio el cartucho?

Este modelo fue un error, a mí me pasó lo mismo en menos de 3 días, muchos técnicos me dijeron que ese modelo es muy problemático y hp nunca me dio mi garantía.
