    I like the easier way you showed to debone chicken. Even Jaques Pepin would not argue with this, haha. Love your recipe, stuffing looks yummy!

      For chicken embotido ang ginamit ko doon ay ground chicken, for this chicken galantina I use ground pork para sa palaman.

    This is chicken *Ballontina*, not Galantina. Chicken galantina (galentine) is served cold. Chicken ballontina (ballontine) is served hot.
