I am a cancer patient, stage 4 terminal. I suffer from sever anxiety and panic attacks but this video helps me to sleep every night! I just love it and have to have it!
I am sorry you are facing this. The music is calming...but when you are facing a big mountain or death, there is only one True Peace. Jesus Christ. During the lockdown I lost my mother. In her final days at home, I played this for her and it was a sweet reminder of her youth growing up in her tropical home country. This gave her serenity. Thank you to whoever made this.

This frequency set has the most impact on my dreams of anything I have ever listened to... So much so that when I go to bed each night I say to myself, “alright, where are we going to tonight”.... nothing has effected my sleep state as much as this track.... Almost a portal for me... First found this in 2020 when I was in the hospital for three months ( not Covid) it is very helpful. Nothing like the tranquility and serenity of the ocean especially at night or early in the morning. Even the nurses commented how relaxing it was as they did their rounds and my vital signs round the clock. Thank goodness for this music and healthcare workers!
About 5 years ago, my entire family went to a beach house, and one night I couldn't sleep, so I found this and turned it on. Fell asleep within minutes. I found this again just today and it brought tears in my eyes about the beach house and it made me remember walking on the sand with my whole family and swimming in the sea.
This video has brought peaceful nights to my
5 y/o grandson. He has had rough nights trying to go to sleep for most of his short life. Now, when the music comes on, he goes to sleep without fuss or crying. We have made this video his night time ritual. Music soothes the soul and calms the beast within us. Its a beautiful feeling when you just relax, let your mind be free from stress and be energized with peace.

This is my favorite one to fall asleep to. I love the deep tones and the ocean waves. The piano ones don't calm me down as much cause my brain wants to follow the melody instead of just relaxing and letting me sleep.
Same, I think the water sounds relax me more because I'm a Cancer, but piano just stimulates my mind and I cannot sleep to it. This here is my heaven. Like you said, the deep tones and the waves are so relaxing and this is my favorite to sleep to 💖
