I've been watching deadpine on his hardcore whole wipe - legit hardcore tactics. A+ call out. I've been on my hardcore whole wipe solo. The pain is excruciatingly amazing and I wouldn't play any other way. If you're in pain, it means you're alive. lol
Really chill and relaxing gameplay, I like how calm and clever you seem, you've probably heard this before but keep up the good work and don't stop doing what you're doing if you enjoy it :)
I think the new map should automatically filter players based on level. anyone 0-10 is queued together, 11-20 queued together and 21+ queued together. This would be good to help filter out those who are learning the game, and the new map, from those who have access to the flea market and those who have access to level 2-3 traders and flea. The only downside to this, is matchmaking, later in the wipe, it might be difficult for new players who started late to find a game full of players around their level, but this maybe something that will already happen with this map in its current form, eventually, the player base will be 21+, and any new or slow player wont be able to get into the new map because it never fills up, so making sure you can enter regardless of how many players enter is something to think about as well.
If they do split the ground zero lobbies into 1-14 and 15+, they should work on a boss for the 15+ lobby since I feel like it’ll be an upgraded factory (Small PvP intensive map but with better loot tables). It could add a lot of dynamics to the map given its size, and add more incentive to go at higher levels.
Honestly, the audio for the snow steps is so much more consistent for me that I’d rather it never go. Listening to some of the audio on regular steps just makes me cringe with how distinct several of the steps are. Like the criink one in the indoor walk loop makes me want to stop existing whenever it plays because it pulls me straight out of the game and is just so loud and distinct. Would be cool to see adaptive seasons on the map honest. A spring where most of the trees are still barren but the floor is normal. Summer being the standard maps, autumn you get more leaves and twigs in the audio and on the ground and the foliage is like half oranges so camo is less effective. Would be neat to see how the cycle would effect a wipe too.
New area on Shoreline is absolute gold for early-ish game Hideout loot. Just passed by three WD-40 in one raid earlier. Made it out like a bandit, 1mil+ run!
Im new to Tarkov ive only had it for like a month. I only played woods to learn it and than learned lighthouse. I found 6 wd40 on lighthouse last night and 4 on woods.

Ground zero. You hit lvl 20… or make it lvl 14… instead of it being locked out. NOW it is open only to the higher levels and it has tougher Scavs better loot and make it so more PMCs spawn in to make it a even scarier PvP experience
A Hardcore server will never work out. People will get eternally stuck on tasks like gunsmith. The only reason you are able to complete it is because other players buy attachments from flea market or traders and die to you. And imagine the entire server hotly contesting those specific parts, you will never see a player equip such weapon parts in raid, your only hope is to get these in attachment shack/in raid. There are other issues too, but hardcore server will never work out unless BSG rebalances some quests.
The only EFT player who can stand in the middle of the road, on streets, stationary, ADSing and kill scavs and not die. Then he dies doing exactly that and says, "What was I meant to do?"... Not stand in the middle of the road without cover shooting scavs, expecting not to get shot by a player. 😂😂😂
scav detection has been obviously cranked up to 9000% . im talking they see me thru blinds in a window on a pitch dark night the second i pop up. COME ON DUDE
Hey Pest, have you considered doing a little recap of the important parts of the last video at the beginning? I love the series but can't watch every episode.. would love small details even in text like, upgraded X in hideout, survived 2 out of 3 raids etc. Love the content man!
In the last episode, Pestily spent most of his raids searching for WD-40. This search had him go to Interchange where he fought multiple player Scavs, Customs where all the sweats go, and Streets. He hasnt found a single WD-40 but earned a couple kills for his Setup quest, and a couple PMC headshots for his weekly. He encountered a handful of trios and duos, but killed at least one PMC before dying. Besides the death, pest was happy taking one to the grave with him.
I think most people still watching by episode 15 have likely all seen the previous episode(s). And with daily releases, it isn't long enough between episodes to really need a reminder.

Pretty sure you can do the tremor headshots with dehydration and a propital it just takes a while after your hydration hits 0 for the tremors to kick in

That’ll happen on pretty much every map once you leave ground zero. While I agree ground zero should be moved to less than level 15, you’re gonna have to learn to embrace the suck
@@Finallegend_ I do embrace the suck that’s why I’m still grinding as a rookie solo. I’ve played other maps lol I know what it’s like. I say that for Ground Zero especially because they’re calling it a starter map but it has some of the biggest choke points of any map and lvl 3’s are getting farmed and ratted by lvl 19s that are many quests in. If they want people to be able to learn and stay with the game, it just makes sense to lower it to 10 or 15.

How would it be if ground Zero at Night is for all Levels and daytime only until lvl 20? Thats also a good way to learn Night raids for beginners. Anyway, keep up the great content mate, love that series.

They could use the point system from arena to matchmake based on your gear instead of simply levels.

On the breach room on the new map you CANNOT open the bottom box, sometimes RNG gives a box on top, but the bottom is a static unlootable box

Thats due to what youtube does to dark colors when you upload, subtle color differentiations get meshed together and you end up with a wall of black.
What he sees on his monitor is different to what is uploaded to UA-cam or streamed in twitch as it's compressed.
