- Welcome back for another adventure with us Benny and Meeka. In this episode, we’re heading to Khao Sok.
A rugged region of Thailand where the jungle is thick and nature is king. It’s here that we’ll be having an overnight stay on a floating bungalow, deep in the wilderness. We’ve got multiple boat rides offering chances to spot wild life and explore the surrounding wonders.

We are Benny and Meeka, a travel couple from Australia who have been travelling on and off for 10 years and even lived in the UK from 2019 - 2021.
We are currently in SE Asia and are making our way back to the UK to reunite with our Mercedes Sprinter van we purchased before the world shut down and we left back to Aus.
About 4 months ago we decided to document our travels as we make our way across the globe, so join us for the ride.

Hello Benny & Meeka my friend try to visit beautiful places in the Philippines especially Coron, Palawan, Philippines , nominated as the best islands of the world. There is a direct daily flight (via Cebu Pacific Airline/Philippine Airlines) from Manila to Busuanga Airport in Coron, Palawan, Philippines.
BEST TOURIST SPOTS IN CORON, PALAWAN (Check it out in UA-cam)
1. Visit Barracuda Lake in Coron, Palawan. Underwaters explorers love Barracuda Islands, divers can experience exactly where it divides as they go further down the lake. This is a must-visit destination in Coron, Palawan.
2. Explore Twin Lagoons in Coron, Palawan. The Twin Lagoons, as it's name suggest, is made up of two stunning lagoons. Boats have to dock to first lagoons but visitors can get to the second by swimming. After swimming through a small cave-like entrance, visitors to the Twin Lagoons are stunned with the high rising cliffs on almost every side.
3. Take a trip in the Japanese Shipwrecks. Coron Bay is populated with many shipwrecks from World War II , many of which are accessible for divers and some are even shallow enough that snorkelers can get a glimpse of the historic relics.
Some of the top shipwrecks worth seeing includes the:
- Olympia Maru
- Irako
- Akitsushima
- Morazan
4. Visit Kayangan Lake. The only way to visit Kayangan Lake is by boat.
5. Ocam - Ocam Beach in Busuanga Islands. The beach has an excellent dive sites, a boat ride away from Black Island and very close to Calauit Safari Park, another top destination of the Islands.
6. Swim at Black Islands. It is a semi-undiscovered islands that is about 45 minutes by boat from Ocam-Ocam Beach. Otherwise known as Malajon Island, palm trees and long stretch of white sand decorate its shoreline. Black Island is worth a visit to see the Black Island Cave. The caves are home to two bodies of water and stand some 40 feet tall.
7. Mount Tapyas, this is one of the first things visitors to the islands notice upon arrival, as the mountain rises high above Coron town center.
8. Visit Malcapuya Island, it is very close to Banana Island and Bulog Dos, two other amazing destinations.
9. Banana Island, also known as Dicalabuan Island. This isolated island is adornef with stunning blue waters and pure white sand.
10. Visit Coron Island Calauit Safari Park, it is located at the northwestern tip of Busuanga. This wildlife reserves is home of the rarest animals species like giraffes, zebras, antelopes, waterbucks, gazelles and more.

Yala province last province of Thailand and it have beautiful tropical rainforest similar like Borneo Island also have a Local indigenous people tribe like no other places in the world. Have a look on internet for more information, seem like you couple love untouched nature you guys not gonna regret. The town to go is called Betong the southern town of Thailand.

Great video thanks for sharing! Me and my wife would like to spend a couple night at Khao Sok in February. So you suggest maybe to book the first night in the hotel and then buy there the 2 days with the night on the lake?
We’re so glad you enjoyed the video ✨☺️ Khao Sok the little town is quite sweet with some nice things to do. 1-2 nights there and then you can have the night on the lake. In Khao Sok itself you can trek with a guide to see the worlds biggest flower 🌸 also some nice places to swim and relax. 🤗

What is the name of the company you booked this tour with? We don’t mind paying 7000 because it seems totally worth it. Your cabin and facilities are exactly what I was looking for!! ☺️☺️☺️
We just booked it on the street, so it’s hard to know the company name sorry 😇 but you can look on booking.com or book through your hotel to and have a few options 🤗 I hope this helps 🙏🏽
I ❤ your content, stumbled upon your channel while looking for Thailand inspo and am hooked! We are going in February and our Khao Sok hotel books their overnights at Keeree warin, but we're wondering how hot the cabins are at night without A/C. We'll be coming from Canadian winter ☃️.

We’re heading to Khao Sok end Nov from Khao Lak. Do you recommend booking a lake house from Khao Lak? Did you stay in Khao Lak? We will be staying in Bang Niang - how far is that from Pak Weep beach?

We booked ours at our hotel in Khao Lak, you can also book from Khao Sok which seemed to be cheaper
