Yeeees I just told someone I forgot how annoying 90s and 00s TV was. But still I would relive my 39 years all over again. WEELLLLLLLLL, maybe 1982-1992,3 and 4 was a bit dull. But 1995 and 2010 was my favorite years.
It's amazing how simple TV commercials from a certain era in your life can immediately transport you right back in time. I remember so many of these. I turned 20 years old in 2001. I had met the man who would become my husband the previous year in 2000. We were just starting our life together. Those were some of the best days of my life and I long for them so much. Times were so much simpler. Sadly, my husband very unexpectedly passed away 3-1/2 months ago and now I'm having so much nostalgia for the early days of our relationship that began 22 years ago. Strangely, watching these commercials gives me a sense of comfort and peace.
14 years old in 2001...and now im going to be 35...jesus where does the time go ?? Felt like just yesterday I graduated high school in 2005 !! Even then 2005 seems way too long ago lol I absolutely love this channel. I definitely appreciate the nostalgia fron times past ..sigh 😥
Are we all here between the ages of 23-37 years old trying to come back to relive this year as if you were home watching tv or just got home from school or just graduated??? Orr is it just me??
The year is 2021. I just now discovered that Dave Chappelle was riffing on an actual Mitsubishi Eclipse commercial and didn't just make it up for the sake of comedy.
Shame on him for throwing out the hot chick and drove away with the pug fugly. Yea that commercial was world famous, that’s why he went after it. Most of his stuff isn’t original.
I really love how so few of these commercials are from big tech/social media companies. I can't believe there will be people watching "2021 ads" videos in like 20 years lol
It really was surreal growing up as a kid during and post 9/11. The quantity of quality movies, TV, and games all together was unreal. There was a hit movie in the theaters every week and a brand new AAA game experience every month, with TV constantly growing.
I was 9 in 2001 it's amazing how much our culture has changed for the worse more than the better. Things feel less human, mainstream entertainment is afraid to offend anyone & sadly less creative. I'm 30 now & don't feel optimistic for the future like I did back then. So much color & energy & positivity, now everything is online & tv is dying due to streaming. And more people are antisocial despite more social connection, we need to learm from these eras how to rediscover our lost humanity & creativity.
Lol! Was 17 going on 18. Graduated and then 9/11 happened right before my 18th b-day. Times were simple before then. We didnt use a computer to socialize. We got out and met up somewhere. Good times!
@@servantofthelivinggod6192 lol! Yes indeed! The old familiar screeching! But times were fun! Before technology really grabbed ahold of everything. 9/11 changed alot. And America hasn't been the same since.

I remembered this commercials way back in middle school going on high school I gotta say these commercials are better than what's out there today without the pandemic and social media along with Facebook back when life is so much simple.
The color grading plus the techniques of film back in the 2000’s was the pinnacle of film. Even as film is trying to make a comeback it will never reach this level again and I feel as if it’s artistry is truly lost to time.
"A controversial surgery making small people taller" That news trailer made it sound like they were gonna report on the government testing medication on little people or something.
The good days. Less bs, no cellphones, more liberty, socializing and living life. Not living life for Instagram and snapchat attention. This generation needs a change.
People are living life just as socially as ever. Just because you've isolated yourself and/or only know isolated people, that doesn't reflect on your jaded and misguided view of the present. Learn to evolve - you might like it.

So to keep rare nostalgic videos like these around, please copy and save them.
Yea and any videos not deemed commercially worthy IE they can't get enough people to click the ads, they will remove those too. Gonna have to find a new platform soon.
Ah 2001. I was 12, turned 13 in the summer. Then 9/11 happened. It was one of those events that even at that age I remember very vividly. 20 years later and experiencing a few vivid events already (one being tragically unfortunate, the other a blessing).
Yeah I was 14 and I turned 15 a little after a week 911 happened. I remember I was in school when I heard of it. I felt very traumatized, it literally felt like there was an actual war going on. Not going to lie, it did kind of traumatize me, it felt like time stood still.
the tone of these ads is sooo different from what we have now. idek how to explain it but it just feels more fun and optimistic. ads today feel rly bland and sterile
Well, in 1999 they had Columbine in Littleton, Colorado. What did that change? We closed the school campus, you couldn’t leave the school anymore for lunch. The JROTC were no longer allowed to wear the camouflage uniform except during summer camp. In 2000 they tried to make us wear ID’s but that didn’t work. Beepers were the thing. In 2000 cell phones started to come in.
Damn, same I was class of 2000 in Ft. Myers FL. Took the 90s for granted but now would give 5 remaining years for one more in 97 or 98. Shit I'd even take 2000 at this point.
