I love morning routines! I used to get up early to feel like I had more time in the day, but now I actually look forward to it! ☀Journalling & stretching have been some fav parts of my routine now!

Thank you for the video! I believe it’s important to tell that sometimes you are not in a mood for filming, or not productive. Usually I think it’s only me unproductive or exhausted during the day 😅 and others do their best
