Alexa I have been studying with your videos for asome time and they have bene very useful, but one little recommandation, after these 5 tenses videos,it will be great if you add some example sentences, because practise makes perfect :)
hey alexa , i just love the way you explain things , its really good and thank you ! its a request to you to please make a video on relative pronouns que ,qui , i ll be so grateful
Sooo much to learn! In your experience, is it ok to learn present tense verbs first, and then other tenses later? I understand people requested you make videos with all the tenses, which has it all in one place and an easier reference video. But in regards to your experience teaching, do pupils have better success with French by learning present tense verbs first?
Hey Alexa, I need a bit of help: When do you use the letters ä, ö and ÿ in French? I've already asked someone who said they never appear in French, while other sources I've found say that ä and ö only appear in German loanwords which have kept their umlaut. The ÿ is pretty misterious and I haven't found a lot on it. One example where it appears is the commune called L'Haÿ-les-Roses.
Hi Alexa, I have recently started watching your lessons as I have moved to DR Congo because of my job. French is the official language here but many words with letter R are pronounced the English way. Like Prendre is pronounced with R sound as in english not like "Phondgh" as you pronounced. When I pronounce your way, nobody understood me :) Please advise! Merci beaucoup for your wonderful lessons! God bless you!
Good job, well done! Language is all about making yourself understood, so if you have to adapt the French accent for a DR Congo one, it's ok! Bon courage !
Bonjour Alexa. J'ai une question. Mes professeurs nous enseignent que: on=nous. Ainsi; on peux parler= nous pouvons parler= we can speak. Mais vous avez dit que; on=one. Ce qui est vrai. Merci d'avance.
Good stuff.
