Parliament can restrict or abrogate The Fundamental Rights Of Members Of Armed Forces for Proper Discharge of There duties and Maitaining Discipline.
Means 👉 Member of armed forces can't deny from performing their duties on basis of Fundamental Rights . So That They Perform Their Duty To maintain discipline and Order .
