Thank you Sebastian. I prefer Cassili over Delina. I prefer that tropical vibe in the summer and even in the winter. It gets too cold and grey here in Pittsburgh in the winter ( depressing sometimes), so I wear Safanad and Cassili to give me a spring/ summer vibe.
This is one of my favorite fragrance category, after a long trip in South Pacific I fell in love to tropical flowers. And I’m still addicted to dig in perfumery to find an hidden gem. I would add to your list two fragrances that here in Europe are considered a classic in this category, like Songes by Goutal and Terracotta by Guerlain. I hope that you’ll travel to Europe soon, here there’s a lot of new houses not distributed in US that are waiting for you!!! Don’t miss it!!! 🌺🌸🌼🥥🏵🌊

Sebastian, thank you so much for another great video! Your timing is perfect. I recently bought TT Borea and Mancera's Holidays because of previous videos you did. Your reviews were spot on and I'm so happy to have these in my modest collection of fragrances. My 16 year old son and I went to see Batman at the movie theatre a few weeks ago and I asked him to try Borea. He loves it! Almost every morning before he heads out to school, he says, Mom, can you spray me with the perfume I wore to the movie theatre. Yesterday before he came home from school, I placed it on his dresser so he wouldn't need to ask me for it all the time. This put a massive smile on face when he saw it. He's now learning to identify perfume notes which he finds super exciting. I'm so happy to be able to share this love of fragrances with him and I thank you for helping to guide us. Sending thanks and well wishes from Toronto, Canada 🇨🇦
@@ThePerfumeGuy My son loves perfumes! This started in December when I bought him TF Black Orchid for Christmas. He's obsessed with it and wore it the entire winter. Another one he loves is Xerjoff's Accento. I figured I may as well buy perfumes we both can share.
I love Frangipani and Tiare but Ylang Ylang is not a fave on my skin. I have a great scent from Bath House, a gorgeous UK indie, called Frangipani & Grapefruit. Notes are Frangipani, Grapefruit, Bergamot, Nectarine, Orange, Musk, Cedarwood. It's brilliant for summer and for a niche house it's reasonable at £55 for a 60ml! They have some amazing fragrances and skin and body products, highly recommend to any UK peeps 🌼

Chantecaille does two fragrances that would be perfect for this category: Simply called "Tiare" and the other is "Frangipane." Although my favorite in their line is "Kalimantan." Bottles and packaging are beautiful too.
Excited to get samples of a few of these! Would love to hear your thoughts on Surfing Puerto Escondido by Zara and French Waltz from Golf le Fleur one day. These two have got me hooked on creamy/powdery florals at the moment and some alternative recs would be awesome to hear!

Not quite on topic, but I'm a NoCal native and been wondering if there is a fragrance that captures the smell captured when driving down Highway 1 during the summer. I've never known what it is (maybe a ,ind of sage), but it is the most wonderful aroma.

There aren't many tropical flowers down here in SouthernCalifornia. Unless its ornamental jasmines or in someones garden. 🥲. Santa Barbara plants jasmine in their beach parking lots so thats kind of cool. 💚
What perfumes smell most like frangipani flowers? This is something I find almost impossible to find in perfumes. I've smelt A Chant for the Nymph and Chanel Beige, but neither of them smelt like frangipani flowers to me. Any suggestions?
I got your email as well. I would recommend you try a SOLIFLORE Frangipani fragrance. Most frangipani fragrances will be with many other note so might be too complex. See if you can find a soliflore which should be just a fragrance created to smell like a flower. Basically an interpretation of what a flower would smell like.
