Sargun Mehta: A Perfect Example of Determination and Success
A girl who got admission to Delhi University at the very last moment, little did she know that her life was about to change for the better.
She began her journey in theatre with a group of enthusiasts. Not only did she act, but she also directed many plays. Her supportive family always had her back and encouraged her to pursue her dreams.
Her first project was a Hindi serial, and the most beautiful twist in her life story is that she not only landed the project but also met her husband on that very set. From that point on, there was no looking back. She participated in many Hindi reality shows, took on numerous projects, and made a name for herself with her hard work, dedication, and never-give-up attitude. It was during one such reality show that she met Amberdeep Singh, though she had no idea that he would later offer her a significant role in a Punjabi movie.
She said "YES" to the project, and that one "YES" became the most important decision of her life. The movie Angrej introduced her to the world of Punjabi cinema. She cried when she wasn’t featured in the trailer, but she trusted the team-and that's when everything changed. Everyone in Punjab came to recognize an exceptional talent had just entered the scene!
Her journey started with Angrej and continued with a series of superhit blockbusters. She left an everlasting mark as an actress, but for her, this was not enough. She then ventured into production, where she not only produced amazing Punjabi films but also brought Hindi serials to Punjab. Her love for acting has had such a profound impact that no one can ever forget her contribution to the Industry.
