Momotarou got angry because Gentaro took the branch and leaves that Momotarou was planning to eat.
He then scolded Kintaro who came over wanting some of the food Momotarou was eating.
Momotarou is not the type to get angry easily, but he does get angry easily when it comes to food.

⭐️Momotaro ♂(2000/7/3)
Born in Ueno Zoo on July 3, 2000.
His father is Biju and his mother is Momoko.
His father died before he was born and he grew up never knowing his father.
He came to Kyoto City Zoo in 2010 and is now a father of two sons.
⭐️Genki ♀(1986/6/24)
Born on June 24, 1986 at the Kyoto City Zoo.
Her father is Mack and her mother is Hiromi.
When she was 10 years old, she went to Ueno Zoo for breeding purposes.
But she had a bad relationship with another female gorilla, and she injured her fingers and toes with her self-mutilation and lost a lot of weight.
When she returned to her hometown of Kyoto City Zoo, she was fine, and she lived with various male gorillas.
Then she met Momotaro and she gave birth to two lovely sons whom she lovingly raised.
Genki has a cute face with shining eyes.
⭐️Gentaro ♂(2011/12/21))
Gentaro was born at the Kyoto City zoo on Dec.21,2011,as Momotaro and Genki's first son.
Unfortunately Genki didn't have enough milk,so he was nursed by keepers for his first 10.5 months.
Now he loves his mom,and his face really looks like her.
He also loves people .
He is very close with his younger brother Kintaro and they play together almost every day.
⭐️Kintaro ♂(2018/12/19)
Kintaro was born at Kyoto City Zoo on Dec.19,2018.
He has big bright eyes and long eyebrows.
He is growing fine ,being loved by his parents and brother.

Moody Momo as usual.
What you see as moody is normal for them. In his world he is the king. He is entitled to the first choice of food, females and everything. It's the other members of the family that don't give him the respect he should get.

Momo is usually very laid-back. He usually only gets mad if there’s a good reason. Also, as the silverback they shouldn’t be trying to take his food. There is enough food to go around for all the gorillas in this troop. Also they all look very well fed, lol. Kintaro needs to learn that he needs to respect his father as the head of the family and the silverback.
I love all of them in this troop, but Kintaro is cute but very spoiled. Gentaro didn’t get half the attention that Kintaro does.
Also, you have to remember that Momotaro did not grow up with his father the silverback only his mother and females. He has come a long way, however since he was a young silverback. I love you, Momo. 🦍🦍❤

Should sound proof their space it probably drives them nuts with all the people noise. The gawkers and racket. I would get angry
I wish music instead of that loud background of the crowds
It’s been going back and forth for years. People want the music,people don’t want the music. They want the natural sounds. This is the natural sound at a zoo. I prefer the music myself.
