It took me months/YEARS to perfect tumbling like a standing full, running full, elite stunts, pyramids, etc. It’s not diminishing either style, but facts are facts. Difficulty doesn’t lie. And until you’re familiar with BOTH styles of cheer and can comment with an unbiased opinion - you simply will never be able to relate.🤷🏾♂️

As a SNS enthusiast and coach, it boils my blood to hear black folk downgrade the style as if it doesn't pair just as well as traditional with stunting and gymnastics. Just stfu and show some love.

It was unwarranted, steeped in ignorance, simpleminded, and demonstrated your cognitive Dissonance. Cheer, gymnastics, and stunting are each separate entities. To combine them for the sake of competition is a beautiful thing however, lacking skill in one area versus another shouldn't be grounds for inferiority. You should question why its so important for you to show "Them" assuming you're talking about "white" people, who denigrate the SNS style and secretly admire it in the silos, any damn thing. As loud as you're screaming for competitive style, you should do the same for SNS or at the least celebrate it when it's warranted. I doubt you can do it like WSSU, NCCU, Shaw, and the likes. Ok I have no idea what that last stunt was called, but that crazy awesome, 🤯. The difficulty level has to be off the chart for pulling that off and the confidence the young lady had in her cheer mates to do it is impressive! Wow! Well deserved! Congratulations 🎉📣🤸🏿♂️
