More Mondo QC Issues?? Opened my Soft Vinyl Scare Glow, and .. yeah more QC issues. 😫

Welp folks, we have more issues with Mondo QC. The variant I received had zero issues. The regular version, the smell was really bad initially, I’m sure it should dissipate, but the neck slot was glued to the head. Making it impossible to use the 2nd head. Not cool for $265. Not cool at all. 😫

Best part about Mondo is no matter whats wrong with the figures they will replace it no questions asked I got an extra body for he-man and skeletor for minor problems which is nice because i have deluxes so now i have 2 of each

Their customer service is top-notch for sure. Rather not have a problem to start, but they are on it.

I’m getting mine shipped here in Tokyo and Mondo emailed to say international orders will only be shipping in August- I’m hoping they improve their QC on this figure by then
