Every single profession is important for the economic growth, be it Art, Craft, business, music, and technical fields too. I think the problem is mainly with the old generation, the new generation is much more forward thinking and willing to try unconventional paths. Also Iggy Azalea and that other girl in "Im so Fancy" cannot be more prous. xD :P

Rich kids are the worst at doing stuff cause they never face the struggle. If you grow up poor or with some challenges the rest of the stuff is easy. The message isn't "Go Be an Artist." The message is don't fight your inner voice telling you what you want to do. They're plenty of artists/musicians/app creators/entrepreneurs who should be working a 9-5 job instead also.
