As someone who self admittedly has horrible gun skill, arcade mode has really helped me out. Being able to consistently get into gun fights with new guns, maps, scenarios every single life gives you so much experience so quickly not even quick match can give you said experience.

These videos are mad helpful. I don’t play often so I never really pushed in ranked past silver. You’ve made me put some time in and in 2 days I pushed all the way from silver 5 up to gold 2. I was top frag 75% of my games using these strats they really do make a difference. Still can’t seem to find anyone who comms though
My binds are rare I lean with shift and space and I used to run with q but since I changed sprint to alt and walk to q I walk a lot more and sprint a lot less, this let me get into gold and I'm almost out. Been playing for about 2 months btw and my gunskill reflects it XD all I work toward is experience and awareness now
What should I do for audio. I have a pair of steel series arctic pros and the audio for rainbow is horrible. So I was wondering what would be be a good choice.

Using 400 or 800 DPI is a relic of the past. Modern mice are easily capable of running 1600 DPI with no issues and it is a noticeable difference in smoothness compared to 800 as your mouse sends double the amount of data as 800, and quadruple the amount of 400. Just run 1600 there are calculators to easily convert your sens to it
honestly it doesnt matter at all dpi, as long as your sens is reasonable imo 15cm/360 to 55cm/360 is reasonable and playable and you can control it, 1600 dpi isnt much different at all to 800 besides 2x speed, ive tried it and its not noticable at all

Your in game sens multiplied by dpi is often referred to as edpi. you shouldnt change dpi to change your sens.

Use map training to get good at speed and headshots, the real important learning is quick peeking, it really helps in clearing rooms...try to get it under 3 minutes.
IMO Sens is personal preference whatever makes me comfortable and makes me confident during gunfight that gets me results I will stick to that to be honest im more interested in learning more map knowledge where to peek during room clearing.

To your first point, DPI does not equal sens. I play on 3200dpi but I scale the in game sens 1/4 so it’s the same speed as if I was at 400dpi. This is because the mouse sensor hardware is actually smoother at higher dpi. People who play at 400dpi have just been doing that for years when the mouse technology was slower.

so the one thing i disagree on is the dpi aspect im not amazing at r6 but cs and val im top top 0.01% and there is a noticeable difference between 400 and 1600 dpi (IMO) there is heaps of converters so just convert your sens (the higher the dpi the more data is sent essentially it gives you a more accurate reading of mouse movement ) the difference between 400 to 1600 is big but 1600-3200 is almost unnoticeable anything above 3200 is pointless i myself went from 400 to 800 then 800 to 1600 and i notice the difference also when talking about finding a sens people need to identify what type of mouse holder they are do they like to use there wrist or arm to aim do they struggle at tracking or do they over / under flick general rule shaky tracking / jittery tracking = to high sens or to much tension in wrist over flicking / under flicking = sens to high / low or to much tension when flicking (depending on how bad the flick consistency is) in saying that you can essentially have all these things wrong but then just aim train and slowly your muscles and brain will adjust and get better at adjusting

I think Ark did a great job with upgrading Survival Evolved to "Ark: Survival Ascended". It shows that this is an improved version of the game with all of the lessons learned from the first, but isn't lazy with the naming of the sequel. Having the name "Siege 2" isn't great for bringing new players to the game, therefore increasing its longevity. Spice it up, but don't make it look like it's just a sequel. The age of sequels is over
I just hope I find advice tailored to my needs one day. I don't believe the issue is my work ethic anymore objectively speaking anymore despite being stuck in gold. The same work/grind ethic I applied to get to level 300 in siege/450 in valorant. Is the same work ethic that got to me to lose 80 pounds/bulk 20 and get fore arms toned and my shoulders/back toned as well. So once I find the direction that fits my needs. I believe I'll climb higher than gold. Losing 80 pounds and putting on muscle isn't something you do without grind ethic you know? I just put the same determination into my diet/workout as I did my gaming. But gaming didn't reward me in siege or valorant like my IRL progress did. I fully understand I have gaps to work on hence why I can't just solo q my way to champion like traction. I just need direction I suppose to guide all this "grind ethic" I have raring to go.
Well 95% of players who I play with are caring more about killing not winning, that's why I see Doc running outside for kills or rushing with Ash, and the stupidity of them are just unbelievable
