Why do you live in China?
You're very lucky the Chinese Police didn't arrest y'all. You wouldn't have the same Miranda rights like you would in the US. It's still a Communist, authoritarian government. But, not as bad as NK. It's not worth it exploring there if the risks outweigh the adventure.
