@Ram Krishan Saran great video for us new people, I have just started a job and in 6 weeks I need to mark up the oval as a 200m track with 6 lanes including a 100m track on the outside incorporating the straight lines of the inner 200m as you have shown. My question is how do you place the staggered starts for the 200m and what would I need to do to make it an 800m track, thanks.

@@jeremymcleod9641 Yes mate but only the 200m the track will also be used for 4 laps to do an 800 but I assume the start will be the same as the 200.

@@kurtstein7631 I can't remember our staggering distance, but I can find that out. We just do the 800 and 1500 as mass starts.

@kurtstein7631 We painted our start then worked up 7m for the staggered start for lane 2, 14m for lane 3, et cetera. It works out to 200m race for each lane.

You just use his measurements of the A and B point 18.79 and swing a tape measure off of there and paint as you go or dot it out and then spray it out later. His method works awesome!!!!
