15mm Diorama Battle of Borodino

This is a 15mm Diorama which I had in my loft a number of years ago.
There were thousands of 15mm figures from every manufacturer you could think of.
This project took me the best part of ten years and it was still not complete when I decided to break it up and sell off the figures to move on to other projects and free up some space in the loft.
I enjoyed this project and researching the Battle.
Forgive the photographs as I did not have a very good camera at the time.
My only regret is that I never took more photographs with a better camera.

Amazing it looks museum-qualit.y. The detail of the landscape is incredible . Damn you must have done serious research on this. There's some awesome skills and craftsmanship at work here. I can appreciate the time effort and expense. I'm adding this to my playlist and I will study it for months if not years. I like the way you use the 1812 Overture. Thank you for sharing this.

This was a labour of love over a number of years and I really did enjoy the research and digging that went inoo finding out about the battle, leaders and soldiers involved.
