Mental health is a major problem in our current era and hats off to those addressing it and trying to help. There are many ways of coping and dealing with the myriad mental health issues. However, the first question(s) that should always be asked of someone suffering is: “Where are you on your spiritual journey and what do you believe about Jesus Christ?” Granted, there’s no money to be made by pharmaceutical companies by approaching it this way but it’s a such a vital conversation to have and will yield promising results. There are so many people languishing in ‘spiritual poverty’ and they don’t even know it. Keep up the good plumbing videos and God bless.
The external shower is a bigger version of the free standing bath taps I've fitted a few times. The difference is you can lose the extra length with the flexi's under the floor. So, some great thinking to get that beast in place 👏.

Top work mark, outdoor shower I'm speechless, you done well getting it piped up and quick thinking with the couplers, it's the sort of job that's satisfying but you could easily loose the rag with as the designers don't think of installers when making them.
I’m not a plumber, just asking a question, why drain the system, why not close the valves empty the road .put the rad back on open the air valves and top the boiler up I’m talking about just changing a rad.
