I recently watched another crusher, and they were crushing extremely hard granite and never seemed to have as many jams as ,you lot the operator always kept the crusher mouth at least 3/4 full
95% of there blockages are caused by themselves. They are always stopping the vibrating feed belt causing the rocks to jamb up . When everything is vibrating and the rocks are nocking each other around the whole system works more efficiently . Wasting my time watching a video of everything always jammed up. What’s the reason for then letting it run completely out of rocks , it just wastes so much time on production as well . Not good for the company
Esto parece un campo de trabajos forzosos. El dueño parece un negrero y además no hay producción porque la máquina no funciona terminará en la ruina y el empleado sin trabajo
The Boss makes money based on selling the end product, not processing stocks of product. You pay marketing on the basis of sales, and the workers as cheaply as possible per hour/day whatever. That way the daily (or period) running costs are a known constant, making marketing and pricing more predictable. These guys will be receiving the bare minimum - that’s a given.
Im curious, do you think every quarry all around the globe should hire a bunch of archeologists to dig and pick through every piece of rock before crushing it?
@@James-ru4jx im not even sure if what you are saying is stupid, an insult or what? You say they are losing money while they crush rocks, what are you saying they should do to prevent fossils and minerals from getting destroyed? The only alternative to prevent that is to let someone dig through every rock before they crush it. Just because I call you out you get upset 😉 In what context does MY response sound like something I would be doing. Its you who came up with the silly pretense, so dont try to pin that on me dude 😉
This crusher is amazing ❤

45:21 надо стальной клин с закрепленным к нему не толстым тросом ! Закладываете клин в это место , где кувалда, камень раскалывается и процесс пошел!
If I was there boss l would have them on tonnage rate per shift 😮😮😮
