"Pom Poko" is a Ghibli film with them as the center theme and well, let's say they use their sack to fly as a glider, by the way the movie was dubbed to english and they kept those scenes albeit dubbed differently in respect that part. Strong Zero (aka the Gaijin/Foreigner Killer in Japan) is indeed described as "this is just fruit juice" but the alcohol don't hit you until way later so you can blackout. I don't personally have experience but that's what I remember hearing from Trash Taste.

Tommy lee jones has by far the most appearances in Japanese ads mostly for Suntory Brand Cofee "Boss" like in the video . Japan love him and he loves japan so makes sense he would be in so much ads (more than Arnold who had a lot at one point)
