- This road registered JK Jeep Wrangler is doing some extreme 4x4 driving at the hardcore 4WD trail section with massive boulders to choose from at Appin NSW Australia. It's twin locked with ARB air lockers and is sporting a 3" lift and 37" Nitto Mud Grappler tyres beadlocked rims.

That Jeep is set up perfectly. Kept it nice a low with 37s :) That's exactly how I would set up mine. Fantastic videos, keep them coming.

That driver mistreats the Jeep excessively, he drives it as if it was a hammer ... fortunately the Jeep is so strong... lol
One of the biggest advantages this mate had to his most formidable Jeep and driving skills was….TIRE PRESSURE!

Such a calm, steady, and composed manner of driving - thumbs up! No excess wheel spin, no repetitions, even few pauses, just stay progress.
The only drawdown is the annoying and totally silly barking and yelling of someone behind the camera. Cancel that audio track and the video is perfect.

Yeah, the driver and the Jeep totally morph together into one another. It's running a 3" lift.

Great video, especially the part going up in reverse. I notice the brake lights are often on when going upwards. Would that mean you've got something like a Truetrac in the front, or making use of the extra low speed torque from the torque converter's action?
Martin Mohr if I have the lockers off bit off brake helps the rear diff work like a lsd as enough brake pressure stops wheel spinning so some torque goes to the wheel with traction. If I have brakes on while locker is on it stalls the car up and stops bobble and jerking as you go over steps
That’s how you tear up your gears going in reverse lol.

Raph H not much crawls rocks like a Jeep. That wheel base just works for that terrain. Cruiser great tourers but not for technical stuff. Patrol maybe once you spend 15k on suspension and wheels. The only solid axle cruiser left flexes worse than an IFS 4x4 haha

I´ve a 4 door 2012 with a ome 2 inch lift and 33" but not enough balls to take my jeep on action like that.

Jeep is extreme level,, but he have v.good driving skills.
I'm an armchair wheeler living in Maine, U.S.A. Years ago, we had a base model Wrangler and lived in Utah. Probably made about a score of trips to the Moab area in it to explore the back roads around there.
Two things I especially liked about this video: No music--you let us hear the machine. And only one spotter at a time.
This Jeep is, of course, much more capable than the WWII Jeeps but I like to try to imagine the GIs of that era learning what they could do. Probably not more than 1% of those guys had ever even seen a 4WD vehicle, let alone driven one. I imagine they were astounded!
