Rheum resident here, true story: Paged the other day, the doc tells me they have a possible case of systemic sclerosis and they ask me if I know what they should ask the patient and lab tests to order. My answer was to order ANAs test and ask for Raynaud’s, to which they responded that the patient has never complained about it. 5 minutes later the doc calls again enthusiastically telling me that indeed the patient’s fingers turn pale and blue with the cold 😂😂
Leave it to youtuber Dr.s to keep me motivated during my undergrad.. I'm in a nursing program now that is pretty rough on my desire to continue, especially considering my prerequisites won't be done for a while after I finish this program. Great content my dude!
