I broke or dislocated my ankle some years back the pain was awful, i got draged through the rice field by my ankle from one of my cows lol. my mum convinced me to see the hospital so i went they xrayed me all that and cast me for 6 weeks. i lasted 5 days and got them to take it off as i couldnt bear it in the heat all at great cost to me. the pain was awfull again which the cast did help. i then went to the local bone dr whos family had been doing this for decades. one bang on my ankle from him and i was walking again in a few days and imediate pain relief all for how much i wanted to give him
