High speed parts feeder system in limited space

This automated parts feeding system supplied closure components to an assembly line for plastic containers. The system worked at a high speed and had to ensure that the parts would not become misoriented to clog the system. It used a high speed inspection camera to eliminate noncompliant parts and an o-ring conveyor to keep parts moving down the track. It also fit into a limited area, so it was designed with a 90 degree turn in the track.
