Kenny you could give yourself a set amount of games you can play for the entire playoffs and use them as you see fit for example 3 or 4 games to play, to keep it realistic p.s really enjoying this series keep it up 👍
I would either say that or simcast the game and jump in if it's close with 6 minutes left in the fourth, if they keep pace they kinda earn Kenny a chance to win out
My suggestion for trying to keep the simulation as realistic as possible is doing something very similar to what you did for the season: Simcast the game and hop in the 4th quarter to try to lead a comeback/steal a game/put the game away. This way you arent in control of the entire game, but still have a huge impact. Only playing the 4th quarter would also make sense since you are the KOT4Q.
Kenny in the beginning of the video: "the key to victory is to stop Ja Morant". Also Kenny in the title of the video: "Ja is unstoppable". This is gonna be a GAME haha.
23:22 I solved the playoff problem with my myleagues/mynbas by just playing 3 Games (or less) Per Series. But in your case you can also sim and if its close, jump in but the CPU plays (or you play yourself, idk). Note: I count jumping in late in a close game as a played game so choose wisely and such. I had fun with these rules and only won a chip in year 4 so do with that what you will.
Instead of playing every game, you can limit yourself to a quarter per game instead. If you think it’s necessary to play a second quarter, then you loose an opportunity to play 1 quarter for your next game. If you think it’s necessary to play a third quarter, then you loose out to play 2 games in a row. This way you have 1 quarter to get done what you need done. If you jump in too late, then the game could be over. If you jump in too early, then the game could still end up in a loss for your team anyway. I think this is a good balance! Like so Kenny can see this!
You should play games 3,5,7. This way you get to impact the series and also play a game 7, but it also forces the team to get at least one win by themselves in order to win the series. Love the content Kenny, keep doing you!
I really like the remedy of sim casting until the end and if it’s close jumping in. That gives them a chance to actually hoop while you can come in and win it if they earned it
I think the way you can make it unpredictable and fun is that you make a rule that you can only play one game per series of the playoffs and if it goes to a game seven you can play that game too.
that takes away from the playoff intensity. great moments can happen throughout a series and you make more connections with your team when you bring them through the playoffs
As far as what to do for the Jazz series I like the idea of jumping into the last minute of close games and then playing in full the first home game of a playoff series, as much as I would love to see you play every game cause that's more content this way would allow some realism while also hopefully keeping each round of the playoffs a single episode long.
Kenny has inspired me to wanna play NBA 2k like this and not being cheating. But play realistically, and make trades that would make sense. Also under the sliders he uses. I love this series so much.
I have two options... 1)Since they have home court advantage. You can play all of your home games. Which means if your team is able to steal a game from them you have the opportunity to seal the deal by winning all the games you play. Or.. 2.) You play games 2,4,6,7. Which means more than likely you can win the series with great user play.
Kenny, it sounds like one of the later updates of 2k made the game slower as a result. If you are still using the same sim sliders you were, make sure you have game speed on 52.
As the playoffs go on simulate 1 more game of the series, For example 1st round simulate the first game, 2nd round first 2 games, 3rd round 3 games and etc
Loving the series! In this match up, maybe don't play until there's an elimination game for the Kings. Play one game, then simulate until game 7, which you could either simcast and jump into or just play.
Nykefaller used to (or might still do idk) only play 2 games a series in the playoffs. Whichever 2 you want. You run the risk of maybe playing both games too early and not getting to play a vital game seven or you play it safe and save your 2 games but you also run the risk of losing to the simulation. Kept it entertaining imo.
What I like to do in the playoffs is to play 1 game then sim the next 2. So you play games 1,4 and 7 (if needed) but if your team loses the 4 simulated games then you'll still lose the series. It makes each game you play crucial to win because one loss could get you eliminated since the Kings team will probably lose in the sim against the better teams.
simcasting: Play maybe entire quarters or half quarters and simcast the other parts. You can also try simulating entire games like game 2 and game 4 (those are not crazy decisive games so I usually simulate those)
Kenny the series has been great, been really enjoying it and i think that you should just play any home games so like if game 3,4 and 6 are home then u can just play those and simulate the away games just a thought*
Simcast each game against the Jazz jumping in if the game is close. You get 1 full game (so choose wisely). If the series goes to 7, you can play that game regardless of if you have already played a full game or not.
Kenny, you could alternate the games you play each series. So you can simcast games 1-2 play games 3-4 simcast games 5-6 and simcast game 7 but if it’s close you can hop in game 7 and play
One thing that could work in the Playoffs is what LumberJack33 did way back for 2K12 in his Cavs series. Only play elimination games and never play back to back games. This way if you're down 3-0 you play game 4 to try and stop the sweep but can't play game 5, etc. I would also not mess with SimCast jump ins for this to be at full effectiveness personally. This should keep it at least mostly sim and up to your team.
Kenny I think the best way to do it is have a set number of games to play for each series. So for example would you could do is simulate the first 4 games of every series then after that you can play the potential next 3 games if your team avoids being swept.
What if you simmer the first two games and then played every other game after? So you could play potentially 3/5/7. And 1/2/4/6 would all be simmed? Love this series!!
Maybe a remedy for the Jazz series is just playing the first quarter or half of the game then simming the rest to see if the ai can pull it out. Or maybe simming the first half or first 3 quarters and just playing the last
Play the odd number games, sim the even games? I think that's a solid move, especially considering it looks like they might be missing Bojan Bogdonovic.
The way I did it for my MyGM where I used the Rockets who were in the same position as your Kings is I simulated Game 1, played Game 2 and kept that method so eventually if it came down to it in Game 7, you sim that game and let your team just play
Play the first game of each series. If there's a game 5 and game 7 you can also play it. Like this you play max 3 games per series and you can still keep it realistic. You play 3 games and have a 50/50 chance to win and let the majority of the series unfold in simulation which will make most of the times make the better team win and since you're not one of the best teams I think you'll have the perfect match between the challenge and realism
Not sure if this makes sense but maybe for the series only be allowed to play 2 games and the rest have to be simulated, that way you can try to give the boys a chance to not ''go down without a fight'' and if they come to play have an upset over the 2nd seed. Either way a very enjoyable series thus far and very intriguing to see what happens in the offseason :D
Every series you can only play 1 game that way you can make an impact but not win a series. You have to rely on the team you built the majority of the playoffs. The other games you have an option to jump in if they’re close only as early as the 4th quarter similar to what you did during the regular season. The odds are against you I think it’s the fairest way. P.S I love your videos! Congrats on the news! My gf is 5 months pregnant with a baby girl. Blessings to you and your new family!
Kenny you could give yourself a set amount of games you can play for the entire playoffs and use them as you see fit for example 3 or 4 games to play, to keep it realistic p.s really enjoying this series keep it up 👍
That one is pretty good
I would say 2 games per series, so its a longer series and the boys could maybe get some wins by themselves and have an upset
I would either say that or simcast the game and jump in if it's close with 6 minutes left in the fourth, if they keep pace they kinda earn Kenny a chance to win out
@@bernardoleandro4278 I think that is pretty good

Only playing the 4th quarter would also make sense since you are the KOT4Q.
Thats worse
I like this, just jump in earlier in the game than he did at the end of the season
@@timothyfelten8567 yeah i would say play the full 4th quarter, not just if its a close game.
You should play games 3, 5 and 7, it'll give you a chance to kinda balance it out AND play game 7 if needed!
Said this last episode. It makes the most sense in terms of realism mixed with keeping his playoff’s alive
This and the Bengal's Lions Franchise are my reasons to keep living 😩
Bro same here
The bots followed us from lions franchise
there’s dozens of us!
Bro we all the same 😂

Kenny in the beginning of the video: "the key to victory is to stop Ja Morant". Also Kenny in the title of the video: "Ja is unstoppable". This is gonna be a GAME haha.
I thought the same thing
It wasn't really a game lol
Hahaha
5 days kenny? you're killing me man.

Something about this series just hits different!! Please don't stop making it.
This is my favourite series of all time!

That lineup with Metu at the 4, Fox at the 2 and Mitchell at the 1 is prettyyyyyy fire bro. Maybe something to keep in mind come off season
Thank you I needed a video to watch so I can eat my food
Guys, BE SURE to like every video in the series so Kenny continues to upload!
Kenny has inspired me to wanna play NBA 2k like this and not being cheating. But play realistically, and make trades that would make sense. Also under the sliders he uses.

Kenny the goat 🐐❤️
Loving the series so far can’t wait for the playoffs
Cant wait for the next episode, good job man

Kings fans are gonna watch this series more than their actual season
You don’t know many kings fan huh 😂🤡
I was excited for this more than the real life play in tbh
Fav series ever🔥🔥🔥
I've felt this in playoff games too. It feels like everyone is so much slower and passes are sloppier.
Kenny you should play only the home games. That incentivizes you to get a higher seed and makes the stakes higher come game 7
congratulations on 100k on ANOTHER channel king
almost 100k subs, you love too see it
Every time I see Kenny drop a video Ik it’s a banger😂🧐
I’m always key to these videos but I still watch them
If HB plays like he did last night this should be a fat W
Nice shirt GO BLUE! Also congrats on 100k on this channel

simcasting: Play maybe entire quarters or half quarters and simcast the other parts. You can also try simulating entire games like game 2 and game 4 (those are not crazy decisive games so I usually simulate those)

Congrats on 100k. Been here since 0 episode!
Kenny lowkey got some muscles on him damn
Love the simcast and potential jump in
congrats on 100k! fitting for the start of the playoffs!
Maybe during the post season for every 1 game you play you have to simulate the next 3. Best series on youtube.
I love this series

Just play games 1, 5 and 7. Probably the most interesting and important games of a series.
Kenny running that 5.7 point guard in pro am
100k congrats lets go
🍃 and Kenny is chefs fucking kiss 🤌 👨🏿🍳
Ja morant = 🐐
Let’s goo been waiting for this fire series 🔥

100K subs wooooo!!! 🎉 🎈 🎊 🏆
Watching this makes me want to play 2k 🔥
In the playoffs you could only be able to play home games that way it makes getting a 1 seed more important for you in the future
Hey Kenny can we get some more crowd noise and gameplay sounds? Would love to hear the crowd get into it or taken out of the game. Love the series!
best shirt kenny has ever worn, go blue
Congrats on 100k Kenny!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The Baylor connection is real with TP and Davion
congrats on 100k subs on ANOTHER channel. #Goated
For me i usually play game 1, and then sim until an elimination game. From there i play the rest of the series
