Thank you Kristin I'll see what I can do. I'm away next week for a few days but when I get back I'll have a go. My mum made at least 10 puddings every Christmas from I was small. They were for us, relatives and and the neighbours. Last year was the first year she didn't make any as she now has vascular dementia. I found one of her puddings in my freeze from 2 years ago and we had it last Sunday. It was georgeous. I have some left and am planning on making a Christmas Pudding Cheesecake x
