Too many horns that aren’t really useful on rage engine commanders.
Greatest glory gone begging.
The horn is an expensive purchase for a 30% chance to trigger on a result that is minuscule at best. Talking fractions of a second if it was ever triggered or needed in the first place.

For example
LC/Alex - Greatest Glory and Dagger or Ring
Nev/Joan - Ring and Dagger
ZL/ - Ring and Horn
Guan/Scipio - Ring and your choice
Huo/William - Ring and your choice
I’m happy to have one horn only in my lineup, due to its high cost for poor value.
My personal marches have stratagems x 3 used while I’m doing equipment and saving for expensive accessories.

dagger is good for liu che since he can proc it more often, so like a ring of doom and dagger combo

@@ogmeatman7568 it’s good. But then every dagger you have needs to be crit or else the debuff from the crit dagger doesn’t stack with the uncrit one.
For ex, you get a debuff stack with the crit dagger, even if you trigger it with the uncrit one, it’ll just go to waste because the stronger debuff is still on and the weaker one won’t override it or stack with it
