Is there a Need of installing Relay because if we connect meter light, headlight and Danger light all three from battery it will drain the battery.
That's a thing to concern but until now no problem at all. Even though you might need to change battery little bit earlier than before. The Bajaj Pulsar wiring is whole DC that still have problem with battery. If you are worried you can use a LED headlamp instead halogen which will not consume this much power then no worries

Black wire works only if you turn on the ignition key

@@Cr-zr1sb If wiring is same you can do the same. Otherwise you need to find the DC 12V supply and wire to headlight switch; then connect them together like this method.

The battery power and wiring is same till 2017 i.e till the launch of BS4
without cutting any wire of CB SHINE BS4 vehicle. OSRAM LED
I don't have Honda shine bike. But if you can find the DC 12 v wire and the alternator supply to the headlight on off switch then you can use this same method for this purpose.
That doesn't drains the battery? I too have Unicron 150 bs3 model and I want to convert it to DC but an upgrade with the 55/60 power bulb.

It will drain battery and probably you may need to replace battery a little early. That's normal even pulsar with DC headlamps have the same issues. But using high watt bulb isn't recommended, it will damage battery and it will fade your headlamp reflector. Don't use high watt bulbs in 35 w headlight assembly. It's not designed for that.

Bro u can use 45/40w it's very effective than stock 35w. am using in my activa and passion pro both connected to DC. Just connect headlamp alone to battery and reroute park,tail and instrument cluster lamp to ac with 5 pin relay. Ur battery will not get affected.
