This won’t be the only time I say this tonight but hair and costume department 👏👏 and dare I say a great effort on a tricky dance she embraced the dance well and her commitment did hide a multitude of sins. She had nice bounce action and her Voltas looked nice actually.

Aljaz is my favourite of the male professional dancers and seeing him burst out of the outhouse made me laugh.

At soon as I saw they were doing the Samba, I was like "Oh no, here we go!" BUT SURPRISINGLY IT WAS PRETTY GOOD. I like how Alijaz focused on basic Samba content that fitted her. Nice hip rotations, samba rolls, and love the shadow botafogos. In some cases, it could have been a little smoother in the execution department, but other than that, a nice improvement to the Latin!!!
why is everyone hating on this dance i was so nervous for her i didnt want her to end up leaving as i knew samba would be a challenge for her this was probably in my top 5 of the night. 8/10

She is improving in Latin this was a massive jump from the Cha Cha in week 1 i actually enjoyed it . Bouncy , fun, and enjoyable. 6/10
A bright cheerful Samba that was a pleasure to watch. Well done on a fun dance and the costumes and make up were outstanding.
This was so fun! I believe Sara did a fantastic job and made everyone feel happy watching her do the Samba.

I liked this a lot more than I thought I would it wasn’t perfect or as good as last week but I think last week boosted Sara’s confidence and she’s improving in the Latin maybe Sara could a dark horse this season. I’m looking forward to seeing her continue to grow this season 6.5/10
When I heard she was doing the samba, I was quite worried and didn't have much hope but I am glad they proved me wrong. This was a huge improvement from their cha cha. Also, Aljaz looks even better in green hahahahahah

Pleasantly surprised! They definitely made the best out of a difficult dance and theme. Loads of energy compared to her cha-cha, good arm placement and rhythm throughout and they managed to achieve a decent bounce action. The finer details of the routine were missing and it was a bit wild at times but better than I could've imagined for sure. Have a feeling Sara might have some more to offer in Latin as well as Ballroom.

And a sigh of relief has swept across Raunds! I am ecstatic! I was so concerned, but she was pretty good! Great choreography. I accept that she's not the best at Latin, but she's improving and got a really decent score. Content, performance, acting. She danced with proper vigour. She's actually dancing it, unlike her Cha Cha where she was more walking through it. There's no fancy stuff, but what they did, they did well. She's got such a good work ethic, she's definitely going to improve. Keep going like this, and she may go far. All 7s very deserved.

Fun energy with some good samba steps. Bounce felt a bit forced and didn't connect to the rest of the body. Costume and makeup did an amazing job. 6

I can't see the hype here. It's a great improvement on the Cha Cha but it wasn't good. The leg action could have been sharper and it was a little uncontrolled plus the Samba rolls were slow. The whisks were good and the promanade was sharp, it was well acted acted and the footwork was good but it felt off. I think the Shrek theme saved this dance for her. The Foxtrot was definitely better but it was better than I expected. She's definitely safe tonight atleast *6/10* maybe harsh but I thought overmarked :( Samba is very hard

Very simplistic choreography which i understand. But didn’t quite get the scoring.
Judges scores were quite surprising for me, I guess she got the steps right and came out of her shell a bit more, but I honestly thought the whole thing was hideous, couldn't wait for it to be over!

I know its a bit harsh but i didnt see much leg action. She had a very bubbly personality throughout but just fell short for me.
If it was all solely about entertainment - I would have given it a 10. But it's about the dancing, and, sadly, it had loads of mistakes. Samba requires certain hip action. You won't be able to create any hip action dancing with both of the legs bent all the time. Hip action can be created only by shifting weight from foot to foot, and that shifting of weight makes the foot straight. So, you have to keep one foot bent and one foot straight in order to dance properly from technical point of view. Sara danced the whole dance with both of her feet bent. Hence, there was no step she did that was correct. The only step that she did truly decently was "volta" (it's the only time that she did straighten her legs, though she did not use her hips). I do appreciate her musicality and the fact that she was totally in character, but all this vibrant and lively performance could not hide her weak technique. My score: a 5.

Definitely not deservant of four 7s. This reminded me of her Cha Cha Cha. The Samba seemed awkward and floppy at times. This didn't suit Sara's personality. She should stick to ballroom. 5.5/10

This is a themed week, so each dance is linked to a certain movie and there’s a lot more of a performance aspect here. There was a lot of samba content here that the judges look out for
